Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Grid United, a transmission infrastructure developer focused on high-voltage direct current (HVDC) interregional transmission projects. Fricker brings extensive supply chain leadership experience gained through senior positions at Hess Corporation, where he led Global Supply Chain Asset Operations and Strategic Commercial teams.
During his tenure, he managed approximately $4 billion in annual procurement spending while leading initiatives focused on supplier management, contractor performance, category management, and commercial strategy.
His responsibilities included improving relationships with strategic suppliers while strengthening procurement processes across large capital-intensive energy projects.
