Enel and Atalanta are taking the field in the name of sustainability: the energy group Enel is the new Official Energy Partner of the Bergamo-based football club. Enel’s logo will be present at Bergamo’s stadium, featured on the LED screens on the sidelines, on giant screens, and on the backdrops used for pre-match and post-match interviews during Atalanta’s home regular season and Coppa Italia matches. As a result of this partnership, Atalanta and its supporters will be granted access to Enel’s comprehensive portfolio of integrated services and solutions for electrification. In order to fully enjoy the excitement and entertainment of a live football match at the stadium, Enel’s employees, customers and stakeholders, as well as their families, will have access to customized packages.
“The Serie A is a world-class stage, since football clubs offer weekly entertainment for millions of passionate supporters throughout Italy,” said Roberto Deambrogio, Head of Communications at Enel. “This year, it will become even more sustainable through our commitment to support some of the biggest clubs in the league, such as Atalanta. We are proud to announce this virtuous collaboration that will enable us to play a key role as Energy Partner of the team and of its supporters.”
“We are extremely pleased to have signed this partnership agreement with Enel, since it will be an opportunity for us to focus on and work toward sustainability, an issue of critical importance,” said Romano Zanforlin, Atalanta’s Commercial and Marketing Director. “We are confident that we have set out on a path that will enable our two brands to accomplish great things.”
