Tigo Energy is offering the European residential market a new GO Optimized energy storage system
A leading provider of solar and smart energy solutions, today announced that the GO Battery, a component of the GO Optimized Energy Storage System, is now available to customers in the European market, fulfilling pre-order commitments made at the product launch in April 2026. The Company will be demonstrating the GO Optimized ESS system at Intersolar Europe 2026 , which will be held June 23-25 at Messe München in Munich, Germany, at booth B3.140. Weiss-Blau GmbH , a member of Tigo’s installer loyalty program , will be exhibiting at the show and will be among the first installers to deploy the system in the European residential market.
The modular architecture of the GO Battery , based on 3.68 kWh modules configurable from 7.3 kWh to 47.9 kWh, offers installers very flexible sizing options that can meet all the needs of European residential applications, whether small apartments or more spacious houses with greater energy requirements. Backward compatible with all Tigo inverters sold in Europe, the GO Battery supports single-phase and three-phase configurations and is designed to operate in temperatures as low as -30°C. This system uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry, has an IP65 rating for indoor and outdoor installation, and complies with European network standards, including VDE-AR-E2510 and IEC 0-21, CE certification, and the IEC 62619 safety standard. Module-level visibility and remote diagnostics via the Tigo EI platform allow installers to manage deployed systems and reduce maintenance interventions.
“As a participant in the Tigo installer loyalty program, we had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Tigo team during the launch of the GO Optimized ESS energy storage system in the European market,” said Georg Kreitmair, managing director of Weiss-Blau GmbH. “The combination of modular battery energy storage, integrated energy management, and compatibility with the entire Tigo ecosystem provides us with a flexible platform suitable for residential projects of all sizes and meeting diverse energy needs. From commissioning to continuous system visibility via the Tigo EI platform, the system is designed to simplify installer deployment while giving homeowners greater control over their energy production, storage, and consumption.”
The GO Optimized ESS system integrates the GO Battery with the Tigo EI inverter , TS4 Flex MLPE optimization products , the GO EV Charger , the GO Junction solution for heat pump integration, and the Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) platform. This provides installers with a unique, connected ecosystem encompassing solar generation, storage, electric mobility, and home heating. Installers deploying the GO Optimized ESS system for the first time can benefit from the Tigo Green Glove program , which provides professional system design analysis, access to technical experts during installation, and ongoing support from the Tigo team. Installer integration is further facilitated by training from the Tigo Academy and the Tigo installer loyalty program, which rewards third-party installers with “Certified,” “Advanced,” and “Elite” status based on the volume of systems installed and their training attendance. This allows them to gradually benefit from enhanced access to marketing support, early access to products, and data resources.
“It’s fantastic to see European solar installers adopting the new GO Optimizes ESS system, especially when these companies also benefit from the advantages offered by Tigo’s loyalty program,” said Jing Tian, Chief Growth and Revenue Officer at Tigo. “This year is truly significant for the products and services that Tigo offers in the European market, and I believe that installers like Weiss-Blau GmbH, who are fully utilizing them, will reap substantial benefits. As always, the entire Tigo team is working diligently with our many European partners to further drive the adoption of solar and energy technologies in the market.”
Tigo will be exhibiting at booth B3.140 at Intersolar Europe 2026, from June 23 to 25, at Messe München in Munich, Germany. The complete GO Optimized ESS ecosystem will be on display, along with the Flex MLPE TS4-A (725Wp) and TS4-X (800Wp) optimizer ranges . Throughout the event, Tigo experts will be conducting training sessions in German and English, offering practical advice on solar energy, storage, and high-quality solar solutions. Participants can view the session schedule and register in advance here. To schedule a meeting with the Tigo team at the trade fair, please visit the dedicated Tigo Intersolar Europe 2026 page .
