Enel S.p.A. (“the Company”), as partial amendment to its 2023 calendar of events released on January 26th, 2023, announces that the half-year financial report at June 30th, 2023 will be examined by the Company’s Board of Directors on July 26th, 2023, rather than on July 27th, 2023.
