Flowserve to Provide Dry Gas Seals for Pioneering Carbon Capture Project

Announced in 2023, this initiative aims to capture and store 1.5 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO₂) annually. This amount is equivalent to the yearly emissions of more than 326,000 vehicles, underscoring the project’s potential to significantly reduce the region’s carbon footprint.

Together, these systems will facilitate the efficient and reliable transportation of captured CO₂ from ADNOC’s Habshan facility to the Bab Far North Field Development CO₂ Storage Hub via a dedicated pipeline.
