Capstone Green Energy Secures Landmark C1000S Microturbine Order to Power Critical Natural Gas Infrastructure in Brazil

Capstone Green Energy Holdings, Inc. Through its Brazilian authorized distributor, Fluxo Soluções Integradas, Capstone has received an order for a Capstone C1000 Signature Series (C1000S) microturbine from one of Brazil’s largest natural gas distribution companies.

The C1000S microturbine will provide full on-site electrical power at a major natural gas compression station that plays a critical role in maintaining gas flow across multiple regions of the country. Delivery of the system is scheduled for February 2026, with commissioning planned for the summer of 2026. Once operational, the installation will serve as the primary power source for the facility, significantly enhancing operational resilience and energy security.

This project represents several important firsts for Capstone. It is the first C1000 Signature Series microturbine sold in Brazil and the first time a Brazilian natural gas distribution company has deployed Capstone’s microturbine technology.
