Managing both operational and decommissioning activities provided Lundberg with broad experience across the full lifecycle of nuclear facilities. His responsibilities included ensuring safe and reliable reactor operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing environmental and safety programs, overseeing technical teams, and supporting long-term planning initiatives. His tenure included nearly five years as Managing Director of Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel Operations in Sweden, where he led manufacturing and operational activities supporting nuclear fuel production for customers around the world. During this period, he played a key role in driving operational efficiency, strengthening quality programs, enhancing safety performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that helped support the company’s strategic objectives.
