UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) announced today the appointment of Melanie Ruiz and David Bingenheimer to its Board of Directors, effective November 1, 2024.
Melanie Ruiz currently serves as Chief Information and Technology Officer at ABM Industries (NYSE: ABM), a leading provider of integrated facility solutions. Since joining ABM in 2020, she has been responsible for overseeing the company’s enterprise-wide technology strategy, operations, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Prior to ABM, Ruiz held the position of Chief Information Officer, Americas, at Cushman & Wakefield (2017-2020) and served as Vice President of Technology at Scientific Games (2009-2017).
David Bingenheimer is Executive Vice President and General Manager, Ecolab Digital, at Ecolab Inc. (NYSE: ECL), a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions. He joined Ecolab in 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Previously, Bingenheimer served as Chief Digital Information Officer at Honeywell (2018-2021) and held IT leadership roles at Mohawk Industries and other industrial companies.
