TurnOnGreen Secures EV Charging Contract with Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District in California

TurnOnGreen, Inc. (OTC: TOGI) announced its selection by the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD) in Livermore, California, to manage the installation, operation, maintenance, and oversight of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across select campuses.

Under the contract, TurnOnGreen successfully completed the initial installation at Marylin Ave Elementary School in July 2024, with chargers activated in August 2024. The project features advanced EVP1100 Level 2 chargers, which are accessible to school staff and the local community via a smartphone app, RFID card, or QR code. The company earns revenue through fees collected from charging sessions, retaining a percentage as part of the contract terms.

Following the completion of the first site, TurnOnGreen will collaborate with LVJUSD to secure funding for additional EV charging infrastructure at three more district locations.

“We’re excited to partner with LVJUSD to deliver accessible and reliable EV charging services to their educators and the wider community,” said Marcus Charuvastra, President of TurnOnGreen. “This initiative supports the district’s shift towards electric mobility and aligns with our mission to promote sustainable transportation solutions.”

Amos Kohn, Chairman and CEO of TurnOnGreen, emphasized the strategic importance of such partnerships, stating, “Collaborating with public school districts is vital to our growth strategy and helps bolster our recurring revenue streams. We are dedicated to leading workplace EV charging and sustainable energy infrastructure solutions for schools of all sizes.”

TurnOnGreen provides scalable EV charging solutions for residential, commercial, and fleet applications throughout North America. Its offerings include energy-efficient hardware, management software, and network services that enable users to monitor, monetize, and report on EV charger usage. The company’s products are Energy Star certified and meet internationally recognized safety and performance standards.

This project highlights TurnOnGreen’s commitment to fostering the adoption of electric mobility and advancing sustainable infrastructure in educational institutions.
