Sunnova Energy International, Inc. (NYSE: NOVA), a leading adaptive energy services provider, has announced the appointment of Corbin J. Robertson, III, and Jeremy Thigpen as independent directors to its Board of Directors, effective September 23, 2024.

Corbin J. Robertson, III has a rich background in energy and private equity. Since August 2000, he has been the Founder and Managing Partner of CIII Capital Management LLC, a multi-industry investment firm. He has also served as the CEO of the General Partner of Western Pocahontas Properties Limited Partnership since May 2008 and has been a board member of Western Pocahontas since October 2012. Additionally, he is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments GP, LLC, since June 2011, and an owner and board member of Quintana Minerals Corporation since October 2007. His board experience includes Natural Resource Partners L.P., Genesis Energy L.P., and Quintana Maritime Inc., and he also serves on the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation and the University of Texas Development Board.
Jeremy Thigpen has extensive experience leading publicly traded companies in the energy services sector. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Transocean Ltd. since April 2015 and has also been a member of the company’s Board of Directors during that time. Previously, he served as President of Transocean Ltd. from April 2015 to February 2022. Before joining Transocean, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at National Oilwell Varco, Inc. for 18 years. During his time at NOV, Thigpen held various leadership positions, including President of Downhole and Pumping Solutions and President of the Downhole Tools group. Since 2022, he has served on the Board of Trustees at Rice University and was the Chair of the International Association of Drilling Contractors in 2022.
