Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC), a prominent North American infrastructure investment firm with offices in New York, Houston, and London, has announced the promotion of three internal leaders to strategic roles.
Abbie Perry has been promoted to Managing Director and Co-Chief Financial Officer, Fund Operations, Accounting & Tax. In this role, she will oversee corporate and fund financial operations, manage financial reporting, and supervise tax and audit functions. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Fund Operations and Finance & Controller of Infrastructure Growth, where she played a key role in developing OIC’s high-performing operations and accounting team. Before joining OIC, Abbie was a senior audit manager at PwC. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
Georgiana Zehner has been promoted to Managing Director and Co-Chief Financial Officer, Financial Planning & Enterprise Development. Her responsibilities will include leading capital raising efforts, overseeing strategic financial planning, and managing valuation processes. Georgiana brings nearly four years of experience as Senior Vice President on OIC’s Infrastructure Credit team, where she successfully led key transactions. She previously served as Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Natural Resources Group within its investment banking division. Georgiana earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth and her Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Abbie and Georgiana will collaborate as strategic Co-CFOs to support OIC’s success as a multi-strategy investment firm.
Louise Matthews has been promoted to Managing Director and Head of People & Talent. In her new role, she will lead talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, and team engagement. Louise has been with OIC for three years as a talent consultant, improving the firm’s hiring, leadership development, and team engagement strategies. Prior to joining OIC, she held executive roles at Summit Midstream Partners, Truist Bank, and Voya Investment Management. Louise holds a Bachelor and MBA from Georgia Southern University.
