The Greater Houston Port Bureau( “ Port Bureau ”) Board of Directors is pleased to advertise that Vincent DiCosimo, vice chairman of government affairs at Targa coffers, will assume the position of the president of the board on January 1, 2024. DiCosimo has served as first vice president on the Port Bureau’s board for the last three times.
Bernt Netland, the gregarious president of the Port Bureau Board said, “ Vincent has been a part of the Port Bureau’s board for numerous times and has been active in his part as vice president. He’s an educated and reputed leader in the harborage region. Vincent’s expansive knowledge and fellowship with others throughout the maritime assiduity particularly qualify him to lead the board as president. ”
Stepping into the first vice president’s position will be Kirk Jackson, chairman of Suderman & Young TowingCo. and John Schlosser, chairman of Kinder Morgan Outstations will move to the alternate vice president’s part. John Sullivan, CEO/ managing star of Callan Marine will serve as Secretary- Treasurer. New 2023 board members include Tim Berry, marine supervisor, ExxonMobil Baytown;Capt. Mark Saunders, presiding officer, Galveston- Texas City aviators; Maria Ciliberti, chairman, Vopak Americas; Ariana Almaguer, SVP, marketable banking at Amegy Bank; and Andrew Black, president & CEO of Moran Shipping Agencies.

DiCosimo has served as an officer of Targa coffers since the accession of his company, Coast Energy Group LLC, in December of 2010. Prior to his current part, DiCosimo was elderly vice chairman of Targa Petroleum Logistics at Targa coffers. He preliminarily served as author and CEO of Coast Energy LLC,co-founder and CEO of PipeStem Energy Group, vice chairman of marketing for Enterprise Products mates, author and CEO of RedMeteor LLC and author, CEO and EVP of foundation Propane and Coast Energy Group, LP.

DiCosimo also serves as a director of International Liquids Terminal Association, American Oil Pipeline Association Pipeline Leadership Committee, a director of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association, Texas Oil and Gas board and Targa’s state and civil PACs. He represents Targa on the Greater Houston Partnership, North Dakota Petroleum Council, New Mexico Oil and Gas Association and the Petroleum Alliance.
