GE Vernova announces two additions to leadership team

GE (NYSE: GE) today announced that GE Vernova, the company’s portfolio of energy businesses, has appointed two new leaders to its leadership team.

Dan Garceau will serve as the Operations and Lean Leader for GE Vernova, effective immediately. The Operations and Lean organization will guide the company’s Lean strategy, overseeing the Global Supply Chain, Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, Indirect Sourcing and Facilities across GE Vernova. Dan joined GE nearly three years ago, most recently serving as Global Supply Chain Leader for Gas Power, where he worked closely with the leadership team to build out foundational progress with Lean. Dan brings deep operational domain with more than 25 years of experience, joining GE from Autoliv, where he served as President of Autoliv Americas. During his more than two decades there, Dan established his foundation in Lean, beginning in 1999 when Autoliv expanded its work with Toyota. Prior to Autoliv, Dan served as a corporate director for the Danaher Business System at Danaher Corporation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University.

Pablo Koziner will join as the Strategy Leader for GE Vernova, effective November 1, 2023. In this role, Pablo will focus on helping further operationalize business strategies horizontally across GE Vernova in partnership with the leadership team as well as oversee the GE Vernova Advanced Research Center, our strategic marketing efforts and development of key international markets.

Pablo brings extensive global energy and distribution services experience with more than 19 years at Caterpillar Inc. where he served as president of Solar Turbines, vice president of Electric Power, and in various roles in North and South America leading dealer administration. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Pablo practiced commercial law at Hunton & Williams LLP and later at Paul Hastings LLP. Pablo joins GE Vernova from Nikola Corporation—a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial battery-electric vehicles and fuel-cell electric vehicles—where he most recently led their commercial sales and hydrogen fueling and battery charging businesses. Pablo is a graduate of Boston College and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School.
