Enel S.p.A. (“Enel” or the “Company”) announces that between November 20th and 24th, 2023 it purchased 317,318 treasury shares at a volume-weighted average price of 6.4189 euros per share on the Euronext Milan market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., for a total consideration of 2,036,838.600 euros.
The transaction follows up on the announcement on October 5th, 2023 concerning the start of a share buyback program (the “Program”), implementing the authorization granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 10th, 2023 and resolved to serve the Long-Term Incentive Plan 2023.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in daily and aggregate form, Enel ordinary shares’ purchases carried out by the intermediary on the Euronext Milan market during the period indicated above:

Since the beginning of the Program, Enel has purchased 2,008,224 treasury shares (equal to around 0.0198% of the share capital), for a total consideration of 11,976,681.738 euros. Considering the treasury shares already owned, Enel holds as of November 24th, 2023 a total of 7,893,330 treasury shares, equal to around 0.0776% of the share capital.
