Enel informs about the purchase of storeroom shares between July 18th and 20th, 2022 serving its Long- Term incitement Plan 2022 and about the conclusion of the share buyback program
EnelS.p.A.( “ Enel ” or the “ Company ”) announces that between July 18th and 20th, 2022 it bought,600 storeroom shares at a volume- ladened average price of4.9134 euros per share on the Euronext Milan request organized and managed by Borsa ItalianaS.p.A., for a total consideration of euros.
The sale follows up on the advertisement on June 16th, 2022 concerning the launch of a share buyback program( the “ Program ”), enforcing the authorization granted by the Shareholders ’ Meeting held on May 19th, 2022 and resolved to serve the Long- Term incitement Plan 2022.
On the base of the information handed by the conciliator engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in diurnal and aggregate form, Enel ordinary shares ’ purchases carried out by the conciliator on the Euronext Milan request during the period indicated above

As a result of the below deals, the Program started on June 17th, 2022, under which Enel shares( equal to0.026557 of the share capital) have been bought at a volume- ladened average price of5.1951 euros per share, for a total consideration of euros, has been completed. Considering the storeroom shares formerly possessed, Enel holds as of July 20th, 2022 a aggregate of storeroom shares, equal to0.074647 of the share capital.
