DeepGreenX Group Inc., an AI-powered green energy and technology innovator, has partnered with Veea Inc. (NASDAQ: VEEA), a leader in edge computing and AI-driven solutions, to introduce a transformative platform aimed at accelerating the global shift to sustainable energy. This Web 3.0 platform-as-a-service (PaaS) integrates Veea’s cybersecure edge computing technology to create a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN). The platform supports blockchain and Contextual AI, enabling developers to create applications that enhance energy market operations.
As part of this initiative, DeepGreenX plans to deploy Veea’s Edge Platform™ through a $2.8 billion lease financing program in 2025, contributing to a broader $10 billion investment in edge infrastructure. The platform will enable the conversion of sustainable energy sources like hydro, wind, geothermal, small modular reactors (SMRs), and alternative fuels (including hydrogen and LNG) into Real-World Assets (RWA) with actionable insights. These RWAs will be monetizable and tradable on DeepGreenX’s global ECEx exchange.
Additionally, the platform will integrate carbon credits from nature-based assets (e.g., forests, marine carbon capture) and industrial sources (e.g., transportation, construction). Using digital Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (dMRV) technology, powered by Veea’s decentralized IoT capabilities, these carbon credits will also be traded on ECEx.
Transforming Energy Management and Monetization
Barclay Knapp, CEO of DeepGreenX, emphasized the platform’s potential:
“Real-time contextual AI applications and Veea’s cutting-edge platform enable us to address critical global energy challenges. This partnership positions us to revolutionize energy industry operations across regions.”
Allen Salmasi, CEO of Veea, added:
“Our collaboration with DeepGreenX introduces a revolutionary virtual energy grid supported by terrestrial and satellite networks. This system facilitates real-time, market-based energy production and distribution worldwide.”
Advanced Technology for a Sustainable Future
Veea’s middleware, described as an operating system for decentralized Web 3.0 platforms, supports federated learning for AI model training and inferencing at the edge. Leveraging technologies like blockchain, 5G Multiaccess Edge Computing (MEC), and AI-driven energy management frameworks (e.g., Honeywell Tridium Niagara), the platform redefines energy production and distribution. Strategic partnerships with companies such as Nvidia, Qualcomm, and Starlink further strengthen the platform’s capabilities.
The innovative system supports diverse applications, including peer-to-peer energy trading, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and dynamic pricing models for electric vehicles and appliances. These functionalities promise to enhance efficiency and sustainability in energy and beyond.
This groundbreaking partnership sets a new standard for green energy solutions, offering scalable, AI-driven tools to address some of the world’s most pressing energy challenges.
