Centuri Holdings, Inc. the Company, a leading North American utility infrastructure services provider, today announced the appointments of two long-standing employees to newly created strategic roles. Dylan Hradek has been named President of US Gas, and Jim Connell has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer. These changes, effective at the end of the second quarter, are part of Centuri’s efforts to refine its organizational structure to better achieve its business objectives. The moves aim to foster organic growth, streamline operations, and enhance customer service delivery.
In his new role, Dylan Hradek will oversee Centuri’s US Gas segment, focusing on customer operations and exploring growth opportunities across existing service territories and new markets. This role consolidates all US Gas operations under a more streamlined leadership structure to ensure coordinated execution for both current and prospective clients. Jim Connell will direct enterprise-wide commercial initiatives, including developing strategic plans to drive growth in key geographic markets and emerging segments within the electric, gas, and adjacent sectors.
“Centuri is in a prime position to enhance its role in addressing the demands on our nation’s aging gas and electric infrastructure, driven by advancements in AI, new technologies, and the push toward alternative energy,” said Paul Caudill, Centuri Interim President & CEO. “The appointments of Dylan and Jim are timely as we seek to expand our presence with both existing and new customers. Their extensive industry experience will be instrumental in maintaining our high operational standards and achieving our growth targets.”
Dylan Hradek brings 35 years of utility experience, having joined Centuri in 1999 as a foreman for NPL. Most recently, he served as President of US Gas–Great Lakes, successfully leading NPL’s Midwest operations. Jim Connell has been with Centuri for nearly 20 years, holding various leadership roles focused on customer relations, operations support, and business strategy. He joined Centuri in 2006 and was most recently the President of Centuri Gas Group.
“These leadership appointments will enhance our organizational efficiency by simplifying our structure and reducing layers in our gas operations, ultimately providing greater value to our customers, communities, and stakeholders, including our shareholders,” added Caudill.
