
Centuri Holdings Appoints Ryan Palazzo as President of U.S. Gas Segment
Centuri Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CTRI) (“Centuri” or the “Company”), a leading North American utility infrastructure services provider, has announced the appointment of Ryan Palazzo as President of its U.S. Gas segment. In this newly defined role, Mr. Palazzo will oversee the Company’s gas infrastructure services, a core part of Centuri’s operations representing roughly half of its total revenue, and will spearhead strategies aimed at accelerating growth and operational excellence.
With over three decades of experience in pipeline and energy infrastructure construction, Mr. Palazzo brings to Centuri a proven history of delivering operational efficiency, enhancing profitability, and fostering high-performing teams. His extensive background also includes cultivating strong customer relationships, a critical aspect of sustaining long-term growth in the utility infrastructure sector.
Throughout his career, Mr. Palazzo has held leadership roles at both publicly traded and privately held international firms, showcasing his versatility and expertise across different organizational environments. His notable positions include leadership at U.S. Pipeline, a premier private contractor specializing in major pipeline and facility projects, and CH2M Hill, a global engineering firm later acquired by Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in 2017. He also served in key capacities at El Paso Corporation, one of North America’s leading natural gas producers, which was acquired by Kinder Morgan in 2011. Most recently, he held the position of President of the Pipeline Group at Primoris Corporation, where he successfully led multiple business units and drove substantial revenue growth, further cementing his reputation as a strategic and results-driven leader.

Mr. Palazzo holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His educational background, combined with extensive professional experience, equips him with the technical and strategic expertise needed to lead Centuri’s U.S. Gas operations effectively.
