Before rejoining Westinghouse, Lipman held leadership positions at the Nuclear Energy Institute, focusing on nuclear exports, international trade, and policy. He has also advised the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Trade and Development Agency and supported the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Durham will continue as a senior advisor for the coming months, assisting Lipman and the executive team. Fragman acknowledged Durham’s significant contributions, including the introduction of AP1000 reactors in the U.S. and China, and his role in advancing new nuclear technologies.
