
Exelon Appoints Elizabeth Pitts-Madonna as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Most recently, she served as Northrop Grumman’s vice president of Talent, where she led teams responsible for talent acquisition, leadership development, talent management, and the company’s digital HR strategy. In that role, she oversaw people strategy for a workforce approaching 100,000 employees, giving her deep hands-on experience with large-scale workforce transformation and global talent operations. Her work included implementing modern digital HR platforms, developing leadership pipelines, advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and strengthening employer branding in highly competitive talent markets.
