Tanguy Lequesne, now Vice President of Power Products, will lead sales and operations for Schneider Electric’s Power Products business across Canada. Lequesne brings nearly two decades of experience with Schneider Electric, having held key roles across multiple regions and business segments. His extensive background includes managing large-scale projects, directing sales operations, and optimizing engineering and delivery processes.
Most recently, Lequesne served as Canadian Sales Operations and Projects Director, where he led a national team responsible for tendering, engineering, and executing complex electrical distribution projects. His expertise in coordinating large, cross-functional teams and delivering high-value solutions positions him to further elevate the Power Products business in Canada. In his new role, he will focus on expanding the adoption of Schneider Electric’s electrical distribution technologies, ensuring reliability, safety, and sustainability for customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Richard Henzie: Leading Digital Energy Transformation
Richard Henzie takes on the role of Senior Director of Digital Energy, where he will oversee strategy and operations for Schneider Electric’s digital solutions in Canada. With 21 years of tenure at the company, Henzie has accumulated extensive experience across sales, business development, and marketing at both national and global levels.
Henzie has been instrumental in integrating the Digital Energy business into a unified, cohesive operation. In his new role, he will spearhead efforts to help Canadian customers electrify, digitize, and decarbonize their infrastructure. Most recently, he served as National Sales Director for Power & Industry Services, where he led a major transformation initiative focused on innovation, customer engagement, and service delivery optimization.
